Arrival in Mainz and dinner

Middag Flights from Oslo/Stavanger/London to Frankfurt in different groups.
Bus from Frankfurt airport to Mainz for check in at Hilton Hotel Mainz. The city of Mainz is an hour from the airport. The hotel is within walking distance of Mainz’s historic old town, and has numerous of nice outdoor dining places along the river. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, as well as a gym. Afternoon at your disposal. Dinner in the evening

Dag 2
Visit wine castles and dinner cruise

Germany is famous for its Riesling wines and there are countless vineyards in the area around Mainz.
The group will be split in two and visit the wine castles Schloss Johannisburg and Schloss Vollrads two of the oldest and most famous wineries in Germany. Here, quality wine is produced on the Riesling grape. There will be a tour of the winery, wine tasting and lunch.
Tonight we will have a dinner cruise on the river Rhine! The Rhine is the longest river in Germany. During our 3-hour trip we will see small, charming towns, old castles and vineyards as far as the eye can see!
